• Measure customer satisfaction and manage pricing, marketing and market penetration.
• Hire, onboard and coach Account Managers; set quotas and forecast sales.
• Promote Trane Systems linkage programs including warranties, digital offerings and rentals.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive profitability across assigned region.
