Trane Technologies in La Vista, NE, is seeking a Services Sales Manager to lead a team of services sales professionals and support staff, developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration. You will drive sales, manage operations, and promote service programs across building owner accounts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or business, 5+ years in sales leadership or 7+ years in HVAC sales, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience in a sales leadership role or seven (7) years of professional sales in the HVAC Services industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for customer and area sales management, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve annual objectives for profit, volume, margins, and market share.
• Promote all Trane Systems linkage Programs and In-Warranty-Service Agreements.
• Assemble high-performance teams and collaborate with Account Managers with varying needs.
• Monitor and coach Account Managers’ performance and profitability.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and communicating with customers and sales team.
