Job summary

Volto Consulting seeks a Senior/Technical Consultant with ServiceNow certification to lead complex ITSM/ITOM/ITAM deployments remotely from the United States. This full-time role requires hands-on architecture, implementation experience and strong client communication.

You will mentor teams, define integration strategies, ensure ITIL-aligned processes, and drive projects through full lifecycle from discovery to go-live.

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator required.
• Experience leading ServiceNow implementations in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and architecture understanding.
• Excellent client communication and team leadership.
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and manage multi-project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow deployments, migrations, upgrades and integrations.
• Define and review requirements for accurate estimation and delivery.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Provide weekly/monthly status updates to customers and management.
• Ensure ITIL-aligned processes and compliance throughout projects.
