Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior ServiceNowTechnical Lead to drive delivery of ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM projects in a remote role in the United States.

You will define ITIL-aligned solutions, translate business needs into functional specs, mentor team members, and manage end-to-end implementations including migrations and upgrades, with a strong focus on stakeholder communication and project governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Expertise in ITIL processes and architecture solutions.
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specs.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least a couple of ServiceNow implementation projects in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM.
• Review requirements for accurate estimation and drive solution design.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge and guidance.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to customers and TCS management.
• Oversee deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
