Job summary
StratEdge IT Consulting INC, on behalf of client TCS, seeks a Technical Architect - ServiceNow in Somerset, NJ, to lead architecture, integration, and deployment efforts.
The ideal candidate has senior hands-on experience across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, ITIL processes, and GxP compliance, with demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and mentor project teams. This on-site role offers challenging transformation programs and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience leading 3+ Transformation Implementation projects in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and Integrations.
- Hands-on in ServiceNow custom app design and development.
- Certified ServiceNow administrator and Implementation Specialist in ITSM/HAM/SAM, with ITIL foundation.
- Experience with IT asset management and validated environments.
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert to functional requirements.
- Review requirements to ensure they are detailed enough for accurate estimation.
- Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM with integrations.
- Oversee deployments, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
