Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan Chase, seeks a ServiceNow Technology Support III to ensure production application flows run smoothly and securely. You will own day-to-day operations, troubleshoot incidents, and implement improvements across internal and external systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product owners and developers, scripting in JavaScript, and applying ITIL practices. Weekend on-call rotation is required, with a focus on reliability and user experience.

Formación

• 3+ years troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, administration, and integrations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support for ServiceNow production instances with high availability.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Install, upgrade, and manage APIs and integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Monitor environments using observability tools and address issues proactively.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices to optimize performance and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support teams to implement enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow code issues (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Automate monitoring and maintenance tasks within ServiceNow and related systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekend support.
