Job summary

You will manage day-to-day production support for ServiceNow instances, implement integrations, monitor environments with Splunk and Grafana, resolve complex scripting issues, and collaborate with product owners to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in troubleshooting and maintaining IT services.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and admin.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide Script within ServiceNow.
• Familiar with ITIL ITSM workflows and production management.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, APICA.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for ServiceNow production instances, ensuring high availability.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within ServiceNow application flows and integrations.
• Install, upgrade, and manage APIs and integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Monitor environments using observability tools and proactively address issues.
• Apply best practices to optimize performance, configuration, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support teams to implement enhancements.
• Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow code issues, including scripting, and provide solutions.
• Automate monitoring, maintenance, and operational tasks within ServiceNow.
• Develop, document, and promote standard operating procedures for ServiceNow support.
• Interface with internal customers to gather requirements and validate implementations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekend support.
