Qualifications

• Ability to review AI-assisted incident recommendations before action.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and monitor production application flows to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to speed up incident triage and hypothesis generation.
• Improve operational stability and availability through problem management participation.
• Assist in escalation and communication of issues to stakeholders and identify trends.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices to identify recurring interruption patterns and support remediation actions.
