Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 5+ years IT work experience in systems administration and ITSM platforms.
• 5+ years experience across security, compliance, service delivery, and automation.
• 4+ years of SQL, data management, reporting, and integrations.
• 3+ years defining procedures for monitoring and resolving issues.
• 3+ years troubleshooting complex IT environments.
• Experience administering ServiceNow environments and governance.
• Experience integrating apps via REST APIs and data exchange.
• Knowledge of identity management concepts (SAML, SSO).
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow platform and modules.
• Manage platform configuration, forms, workflows, business rules, and catalogs.
• Handle user provisioning, roles, security controls, and access governance.
• Monitor platform health, performance, upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot platform, workflow, integration, and authentication issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise apps via APIs and data exchange.
• Configure incident, problem, change, request, and service management processes.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve data sync issues.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions.
• Document configurations and procedures and support processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for enhancements.
• Ensure security, governance, audit, and standards compliance.
