Job summary

Cognizant is recruiting a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager to lead design and implementation of enterprise SPM solutions. You will align portfolio strategy with Agile delivery, collaborate with business leaders, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Role requires strong governance, platform modernization, and seamless ITSM integrations, with leadership responsibility for cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

Active ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-SPM certifications are required.
8+ years in ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and design.
Hands-on experience with SPM, ITSM, and enterprise portfolio workflows.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps and other agile tools.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
Define scalable ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integrations.
Govern portfolio intake, demand, project execution, and Kanban workflows.
Mentor developers and drive platform governance and upgrades.
