Job summary

Intact Technology is seeking a Business Solution Consultant to help federal clients optimize their ServiceNow investments. You will lead business analysis, capture requirements, and design scalable solutions in a client-facing role.

You’ll collaborate with developers, architects, and project leaders, mentor teammates, and ensure outcomes align with customer objectives and best practices in IT service management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a consulting context.
• Experience in ITSM modules and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and requirements gathering within projects.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria and maintain traceability.
• Demonstrate features to clients and articulate business value.
