Job summary

Metronome is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide overall guidance for architecting, implementing, and maintaining innovative ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on leveraging out-of-the-box modules and migrating legacy apps to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform.

You will align designs with architecture principles, serve as the technical gateway, and lead end-to-end SDLC activities from requirements to go-live, working in a hybrid Tysons Corner environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of total work experience.
• ServiceNow CAD and CSA certifications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs for low-code/no-code development.
• Experience building solutions using an API gateway over HTTP methods.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code environments.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designs align with ServiceNow architecture principles and are reusable.
• Serve as technical gateway between designs and delivery teams.
• Provide insights into ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap.
• Perform ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and development activities.
• Support requirements elicitation, design, testing, and go-live.
• Manage solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
• Translate requirements into sustainable ServiceNow implementations.
• Define sustainment governance and operational transitions.
• Refine data requirements with SMEs.
• Guide design and migration activities from requirements.
• Collaborate with customer SMEs and senior leadership to meet requirements.
• Present solution approaches and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure platform capabilities are used effectively to achieve outcomes.
• Support system integration with web services and related technologies.
• Participate in full SDLC: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment.
