Job summary

ICF is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations across clients in the United States. You will provide architecture guidance, oversee integrations, ensure security and compliance, and drive quality through QA planning and documentation.

You will mentor staff, foster growth, and build strategic client relationships within the ServiceNow practice.

Qualifications

8+ years implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Top-Secret security clearance required.
Certified in ServiceNow CSA and CAD.
Multiple CIS certifications preferred.
Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide design and architecture guidance for ServiceNow solutions aligning with client requirements.
Support delivery with technical oversight and ensure adherence to standards.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize integrated solutions.
Design QA plans to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers to maintain scope and schedule.
Design security plans and ensure compliance.
Create architecture docs, diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
Stay updated on ServiceNow trends and best practices.
Foster strong client relationships and knowledge sharing.
Mentor and coach team members and guide career growth.
Build strategic relationships with clients and partners.
