Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a dedicated ServiceNow (SNOW) Functional Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and our ServiceNow team, ensuring the platform meets needs, drives efficiencies, and maximizes user adoption.

Your mission is to translate high-level requirements into actionable ServiceNow solutions while championing best practices and collaborating with developers and admins across ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and CMDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years in a Functional Analyst, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst role within ServiceNow implementations or administration environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders and end-users to understand pain points and needs within ServiceNow.
• Identify where ServiceNow can be enhanced and collaborate with developers to prioritize features.
• Develop strategies to optimize utilization of modules like ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB and drive user adoption.
• Support functional workflows across modules for a consistent user experience.
• Create documentation, user guides and training materials for effective use of ServiceNow.
• Establish mechanisms to align the roadmap with evolving business needs.
• Participate in testing and validation of new ServiceNow features and upgrades.
