You will drive conversations, craft proposals, and lead workshops/demos mapping client needs to ServiceNow capabilities. Collaborate with sales and delivery to shape win themes and respond to RFPs while advancing opportunities with growth focus.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise IT with presales experience
- 4+ years writing sales proposals and leading scoping efforts
- 2+ years leading workshops
- 2+ years delivering client demos
- 2+ years interacting with private sector sales opportunities or 4+ years in software
- Experience using chatbots/LLMs/AI tools as an accelerator
Responsibilities
- Drive conversations to identify solution requirements and success criteria
- Create proposal content aligned with Ondaro differentiators
- Draft statements of work to communicate approach and protect interests
- Respond to qualified RFPs
- Lead value-driven workshops defining potential ServiceNow fits
- Deliver demos that illustrate outcomes
- Collaborate with solution consulting teammates and sales
- Interface with delivery SMEs and product owners
- Support personal growth and collective success
