Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering in SaaS/Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solution domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Capable of building a customer network and coordinating an extended sales team.
• Able to operate at C-level to process owner levels with a value-delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead consultative interactions at executive levels to align business objectives with ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead workshops to understand objectives, challenges, and problems.
• Drive pre-sales processes and develop demo scripts reflecting client pain points.
• Support creation of High-Level Proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses.
• Assist Account Executive in growing and maintaining accounts.
• Provide ServiceNow technical support throughout pre-sales and sales activities.
• Perform demonstrations that align ServiceNow with customer needs.
• Support Proofs of Concept / Proofs of Value with the delivery team.
• Act as trusted advisor to scope problems and ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints.
• Maintain industry knowledge including competitors and integrations.
• Maintain credibility through Sales Enablement best practices.
• Qualify and help close sales opportunities.
