Job summary

Titan Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Lead / Solution Architect to guide design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions for government and commercial clients.

You will serve as the senior technical authority across ServiceNow engagements, translating business needs into scalable platform solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring alignments with security requirements and customer mission objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience including 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow implementation or platform experience.
• 3+ years as ServiceNow technical lead, solution architect, or senior implementation consultant.
• Experience with ITSM and at least two additional modules such as CSM, CMDB, ITOM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, or Performance Analytics.
• At least one CIS certification.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and import sets.
• Experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Ability to lead requirements workshops and communicate with technical and executive audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and independent client-facing work ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Analytics.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs including data models, workflows, and security controls.
• Serve as senior technical advisor ensuring best practices and controlled customization.
• Develop design documents, architecture diagrams, integration designs, and roadmaps.
• Guide decisions on configuration vs. customization, domain separation, access controls, and upgradeability.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder reviews with business and technical teams.
• Provide hands-on configuration, development support, testing, and deployment as needed.
• Oversee Agile delivery activities and ensure traceability from requirements to deployment.
• Mentor administrators, developers, and business analysts; support proposals and customer demonstrations.
