Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an NMS ServiceNow Senior Software Designer to lead deployment and integration of the ServiceNow suite across Linux/Windows environments. The role requires DoD/IAT2 compliance and strong ServiceNow leadership for complex enterprise deployments.

Candidate must have extensive ServiceNow certifications, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced government program.

Qualifications

• 16 years of combined education/experience (doctorate +8, masters +10, bachelor +12, etc.).
• IAT Level 2 certification is required.
• At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
• At least one additional advanced ServiceNow certification.
• Team leadership experience and ability to work independently.
• Experience in DoD/IC environments and RMF A&A.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and administration of the ServiceNow suite on RHEL and Windows.
• Lead Agile/Scrum projects, track progress and risks, ensure SDLC compliance.
• Coordinate with PMs and Tech Leads; document and hand off to operations.
• Direct integration with Cisco NSO, GOTS, and other tools; manage RCA and fixes.
• Mentor team on testing, validation, and verification practices.
• Ensure RMF authorization and continuous security hardening.
• Drive automation using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and PowerShell.
