Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead design, development, and integration on the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with stakeholders, architects, and admins to deliver scalable solutions for IT and business operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, CSA and CAD certifications, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive continuous improvement and platform governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience designing and configuring ServiceNow apps, workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Current ServiceNow certifications (CSA and CAD) required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead technical initiative within the ServiceNow team and partner with stakeholders.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions with governance and best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, release management, and portal solutions.
