Job summary

AT&T is seeking a NMS ServiceNow Software Designer to support a government program in Chantilly, VA. You will deploy and integrate ServiceNow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive SDLC activities within a DoD-focused environment.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, strong communication, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, APIs, and ITSM integrations. Office and collaboration tools proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of combined work history and education required.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance is required.
• At least 1 year of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience across concept, design, engineering, production, and sustainment in ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC.
• Strong communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze issues and provide corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, administer, develop, and integrate ServiceNow on RHEL and Windows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; provide estimates and inputs.
• Design integrations with NSO, GOTS, and other tools via REST/SOAP.
• Create technical docs and runbooks; support handoff training.
• Monitor performance; build dashboards and respond to issues.
• Support RMF A&A and implement DISA STIG/SCAP requirements.
