RGP is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for SAM and SPM to join its ServiceNow Practice in the United States. You will lead discovery and design sessions, document requirements, and deliver repeatable, value-driven solutions for clients.

Responsibilities include guiding workshops, proposing process improvements, and creating demonstrations with KPIs to quantify value. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering ServiceNow SAM/SPM projects in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years).
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops with sponsors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, re-engineering, and improvement for SAM/SPM solutions.
• Document, validate, and communicate business and functional requirements.
• Design demonstrations and KPIs to quantify solution value.
• Collaborate to improve delivery processes and asset adoption.
