Job summary

Alldus seeks an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant focused on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This is a 6-12 month, fully remote contract through a partner, with work spanning Demand Management, PPM, Financial Planning, and related areas.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, run workshops, and guide clients on best practices to maximize ServiceNow value. The role requires strong ServiceNow domain expertise and prior consultancy experience, with end-to-end SPM

• Experience delivering end-to-end SPM implementations is required.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join a Partner through an exciting new period of growth and investment in the platform, to be focused on Strategic Portfolio Management(SPM).

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
• Utilize your ServiceNow knowledge & work projects broadly across the board but in particular with advancements in SPM (e.g Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financial Planning, Resource Management, and Innovation Management)
• Gather requirements from key clients & stakeholders, write user stories, and run workshops
• Educate clients on best practices with ServiceNow and how best to use the platform to solve their needs

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow Business Process experience
• Previous consultancy experience
• Experience with end-to-end SPM implementations REQUIRED
