This role involves hands-on technical work on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with development teams and architects, and implementing solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with ServiceNow development teams and architects.
• Work on projects involving SPM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
• Gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Manage end-to-end implementations, integrations, and platform modernization.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box and custom solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong ServiceNow technical development experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience with full SPM implementations (REQUIRED).
