Job summary

Jobgether SRL is representing a partner in the United States for a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager role. You will lead complex IT initiatives, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure delivery excellence from initiation to implementation.

You will apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods to achieve business goals while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction. Build trusted relationships with executives, vendors, and client organizations to drive transformation.

Qualifications

• Independent management of medium-to-high-risk, high-visibility projects.
• Experience with PMBOK and structured project management standards.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall across IT delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from initiation through completion with defined scope and success criteria.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile/Scrum practices and foster collaboration.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and remove delivery impediments.
• Act as primary client contact for project matters and manage expectations.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and forecasting for current and future initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and client organizations to align outcomes.
• Communicate progress and critical decisions to executive stakeholders.
