Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Program Director in the United States to oversee a complex federal ServiceNow implementation, aligning planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT program management, strong leadership and agility, and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

10+ years with complex IT programs or projects.
Experience coordinating delivery, schedules, and cross‑functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery environments.
Federal IT program or ServiceNow implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects and workstreams.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and milestones.
Coordinate cross‑functional resources and assign responsibilities.
Track performance, report status to Government stakeholders and leadership.
Identify risks and issues, mitigate and escalate as needed.
Facilitate meetings and Agile/SAFe ceremonies; ensure follow‑up.
Coordinate requirements, release planning, deployment, and change management.
