Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years in project management within a large enterprise.
• Proven experience leading transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes required.
• Strong ITSM governance and service delivery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives within a large enterprise.
• Review processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improved ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Strengthen ITSM governance, processes, controls, and maturity.
• Support CMDB improvements and inventory management.
• Provide PMO leadership and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
• Develop project plans, schedules, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Advise leadership with insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support organizational change management activities for adoption.
