Allied Resources Technical Consultants seeks a Product Analyst III / ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead the enterprise ServiceNow strategy, governance, and operations for a major utility client. You will own the platform vision, roadmap, and alignment with business objectives while driving adoption and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise platform strategy, governance, and operations.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, architecture, administration, and configuration.
• Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM.
• Product management or platform ownership experience in large-scale environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing governance frameworks, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
