Job summary

Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior or Lead ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead a strategic reset of the ServiceNow instance.

You will work with engineers and business analysts on module reconfiguration, testing, deployment, and release management for a greenfield project with an 18-month horizon. The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, leadership on platform resets or upgrades, and strong knowledge of ITSM, GRC, Virtual Agent, and CDM.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and module development.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow platform reset or upgrade projects, preferably with familiarity in the Common Service Data Model (CDM).
• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, GRC, Virtual Agent, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to document processes and articulate technical concepts.
• Experience working in a team environment with engineers and Business Analysts.
• Bachelor’s degree or 20+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver’s License if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reconfiguration and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, GRC, Virtual Agent, and more.
• Partner with engineers and business analysts to rework specific modules and ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Develop and execute test plans, validate configurations, and support deployment activities and release cycles.
• Document processes, best practices, and configurations following ServiceNow standards.
• Analyze current data structures and recommend improvements aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CDM).
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and platform optimization efforts.
• Lead discussions on solution design, configuration, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
