Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development across ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for development teams.
• Define and enforce development standards, coding best practices, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, BAs, and Platform Teams.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and platform upgrades.
