Boys Town seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer Analyst to lead design, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive best practices across the IT organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage agile sprints, and oversee configurations across incident, problem, change, knowledge, requests, catalog, and the service portal. Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and ITIL knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• Experience with Agile project management and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to participate in weekend on-call rotation and off-hours production releases.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSI/Implementation Specialist or CSA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage Agile development processes, define sprint work, and coordinate releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Configure modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Maintain platform integrity, best practices, and integrations with REST/SOAP.
