Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including development, configuration, integration, and implementation.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and SDLC.
• Available to participate in weekend on-call rotation and off-hours production releases.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Agile development process for the ServiceNow team, including defining roles and estimating work.
• Define and communicate sprint work, testing, release schedules, and progress updates.
• Lead ServiceNow updates/upgrades and ensure roadmaps and testing are complete prior to releases.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver outcomes on time, within scope, and budget.
• Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across the platform.
• Set programming standards and provide guidance on ServiceNow coding best practices.
