Job summary

Boys Town seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer Analyst to lead design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform from on-site facilities in Florida. You will translate business needs into scalable applications and workflows, enforce best practices, and collaborate across IT teams to maximize platform value.

You will manage Agile development, oversee upgrades, and ensure timely delivery with quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on ServiceNow experience (development, configuration, integration).
• Experience with Agile project management and SDLC.
• Available for weekend on-call rotations and off-hours production releases.
• ServiceNow certifications: Implementer, Developer, or System Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business requirements into applications and workflows.
• Manage Agile development process for ServiceNow team.
• Configure, develop, and maintain multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders to deliver on time.
