Qualifications

• 5 years progressive experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong experience configuring and supporting core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM).
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform across core modules.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Ensure platform performance, availability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators and provide guidance on best practices.
