Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer Analyst to lead design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform on-site in Florida. You will translate business requirements into innovative applications, drive platform integrity, and partner with stakeholders to maximize value.

Requires 6+ years ServiceNow experience and strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP skills. You will guide agile workflows, manage updates/upgrades, and collaborate across IT to ensure on-time delivery within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on ServiceNow experience including development, configuration, integration, and implementation.
• Experience with Agile project management and SDLC.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CST/ACD/CSA or similar.
• Willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotation and off-hours releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage Agile development process for the ServiceNow team and define sprint work.
• Coordinate updates, upgrades, and feature implementations with proper testing.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver on time within scope and budget.
• Configure workflows, write JavaScript, and manage roles to meet user requirements.
