Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to own the technical architecture, governance, and integration plans for ITSM, ITOM, and related modules across the enterprise. You will partner with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, HR, Risk, and partners to align patterns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership in platform baselining, modernization, and secure, scalable design, with a focus on upgrade readiness and cross‑module

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in enterprise application or platform delivery, five+ years designing and governing ServiceNow across modules.
• Senior IC with enterprise-wide influence and no direct reports; coordinates with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, data models, workflows, and upgrade governance.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, integrations, identity, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and related modules.
• Define platform standards, roadmaps, environment strategies, release controls, and upgrade readiness.
• Design and optimize Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and Major Incident processes.
• Establish and govern CMDB in alignment with CSDM; manage data ownership, reconciliation, and health.
