Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, scripting, workflows, UI customization, and safe upgrade paths.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript, and CSA certification, with experience in REST/SOAP integrations and Service Portal widgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization.
• Apply best practices to keep the platform upgrade-safe, performant and maintainable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and balance declarative and programmatic approaches.
