You will collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, lead or participate in upgrade cycles, and contribute to scalable, well-documented solutions using Java, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, test, and execute ServiceNow annual upgrades.
• Develop on ServiceNow platform with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub; proficient in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and UI customization.
• Write technical specifications from business requirements and maintain software functionality.
