Job summary

Agility Partners in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead design, development, and ongoing optimization of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and asset management.

You will act as the technical authority for platform architecture, automation, and governance, mentoring engineers and delivering scalable solutions that improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management
• Proven proficiency in developing and managing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Servers, PowerShell

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements
• Design, configure, and maintain ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management modules
• Develop and maintain integrations to ensure connectivity across enterprise systems
• Guide governance initiatives, CSDM adoption, and platform health optimization
• Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Mentor engineers and perform architecture reviews to uphold standards
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause analyses
