Job summary
ServiceNow seeks an engineer to build automation and AI capabilities for platform administration, inventory, release planning, and continuous improvement across ServiceNow and other platforms. You will drive deployment automation, evaluate and implement products like Digital Product Release, and contribute to scale and efficiency of critical processes.
Responsibilities include standardizing and automating workflows, lifecycle management of environments, and planning platform upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; 5+ years IT industry experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI and ServiceNow platform workflows and automation to standardize, streamline and automate various processes
- Build tools to manage the complete lifecycle of production/sub-production environments
- Review processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining and standardization and implement those found
- Help to plan and support platform upgrades including helping to troubleshoot technical product issues
- Develop and share best practices based on lessons learned
- Participate in activities outside of core hours and on weekends when required including participating in on-c
