Job summary

PDS Health seeks a senior Architect, Enterprise Architecture – ServiceNow Platform & Solution Architect to own the ServiceNow foundation and end-to-end solution design. You will govern standards, patterns, and development practices across ITSM, ESM, HRSD, CMDB, and more.

You will lead a small team of administrators/developers, drive architecture reviews, and engage vendors to ensure upgrade-safety and consistency across all programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise platform architecture, including 3+ years in ServiceNow architecture or senior technical design.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow instance strategy, CSDM, RBAC, environment topology, and platform health management.
• Establish and enforce platform development standards, configuration-first philosophy, and automated testing thresholds.
• Lead solution design for all ServiceNow implementations, including data models, integration touchpoints, and UI specifications.
• Chair the ServiceNow Technical Governance Board and oversee module-specific designs for standards compliance.
• Define and enforce approved integration patterns, including Integration Hub, Stream Connect, and MuleSoft-based patterns.
• Build and maintain reusable platform components and govern Now Assist AI configuration and analytics.
• Establish governance for App Engine development, including lifecycle management and reuse enforcement.
• Define vendor requirements and ensure knowledge transfer is delivered from every engagement.
• Advise on platform roadmap, module fit, licensing implications, and cross-team communication.
