Job summary

INFOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES seeks a Senior Platform Architect to guide ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, and CMDB. You will shape architecture, governance, and instance strategy while engaging with executives and engineering teams to drive transformation.

The role requires 8+ years in professional services, strong consulting experience, and AI-informed decision-making abilities. Certifications CMA/CTA preferred and Certified ServiceNow Professional advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent.
• Demonstrated management consulting experience.
• Creativity with comfort running programs independently within a startup-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation.
• Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Offer architectural knowledge across multiple workflows (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB).
• Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation
• Translate business goals and outcomes into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders
• Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform
