Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to guide the design, governance, and strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform, including CMDB and foundational services for the DTMB OCTO. The role supports integrations, upgrades, security, and performance optimization across IT solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ServiceNow, strong leadership and communication skills, and relevant certifications (CSA/CTA/CAD).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
CSA certification required.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with DTMB strategic goals.
Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
Provide technical support to developers, system administrators, and project teams.
Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
