Job summary

Startekk Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to lead architecture, governance, and strategic direction of our ServiceNow rollout in Michigan. You will shape platform roadmaps, drive integrations, and ensure security and compliance across enterprise apps.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, CSA certification, and proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, CMDB and CSDM implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB and CSDM.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the architecture, design, governance, and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB, foundational services, enterprise integrations, platform governance, and solution architecture.
