Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to guide the design, governance, and strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform and its foundational services. This role sits on the platform team supporting DTMB OCTO’s IT solutions and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and holds CSA certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
ServiceNow CSA certification.

Responsibilities

Architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with DTMB strategic goals.
Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
Provide technical support to developers, system administrators, and project teams.
Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
