Job summary

Embedded Shishya seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead platform design, configuration, and complex integrations. You will drive end-to-end deployments across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM, shaping CMDB data quality and governance.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure upgrade readiness while applying ServiceNow best practices and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Delivery of multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB and CSDM alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical authority for ServiceNow platform design, configuration, and customization.
• Lead or contribute to multiple full-lifecycle deployments (requirements, design, build, test, production rollout).
• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and custom APIs.
• Oversee Discovery architecture, MID Server strategy, credential management, and CMDB population.
