The role partners with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust ServiceNow capabilities, adopt AI-driven innovations, and govern platform standards. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $165,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of professional software development experience.
Deep knowledge of programming languages, software architecture, and design principles.
Deep understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and security practices.

Responsibilities

Implements ServiceNow software architecture for complex initiatives and contributes to technical plans.
Adopts and refines engineering standards and governance for the job area.
Shapes technology approaches with senior engineers and product partners.
Leads end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoots complex issues and improves performance, reliability, and scalability.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and reviews work.
Evaluates emerging ServiceNow technologies and AI-enabled innovations.
Contributes to long-term technical goals and architectural roadmaps.
Leads large initiatives coordinating cross-team efforts.
