The role emphasizes expert guidance over direct implementation, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure strategic alignment and scalable solutions across the ServiceNow stack.

Qualifikationen

• Design scalable, secure, high-performing ServiceNow architectures translated from business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships across teams and C-suite to influence outcomes.
• Communicate complex architecture decisions with precision to diverse audiences.
• Diagnose root causes of multi-threaded problems and craft scalable resolutions.
• Link platform decisions to client industry context and business priorities.
• Develop and maintain a clear ServiceNow platform and product roadmap, translating objectives into a sequenced adoption plan.
• Deep ServiceNow platform knowledge: CMDB, CSDM, integration, security, lifecycle management.
• Experience with solution design principles, governance frameworks, debt remediation, TOGAF.
• ITSM expertise with at least one other ServiceNow workflow (ITOM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps).
• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (at least one); also ArchX, CTA, Now Assist AI certifications.
• Architectural advisory to translate business objectives into platform strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead governance discussions to prevent platform health degradation; interpret health reports and advise remediation.
• Identify and mitigate architectural and platform risks; guide customers on mitigation strategies.
• Engage customers through architectural reviews, workshops, and executive conversations.
• Demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities and broad platform knowledge across core areas.
• Guide customers on adopting AI capabilities within their ServiceNow strategy.
