Job summary

Alliant is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of transformational platform implementations. You will partner with IT leadership, ServiceNow teams, and business stakeholders to translate imperatives into scalable, value-driven solutions and ensure platform health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 8+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines.
• CTA, CMA, and Enterprise Architecture certifications.
• Experience leading large delivery teams on multi-module implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; own the platform roadmap.
• Direct delivery teams on complex multi-module implementations (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, etc.).
• Engage C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and outcomes.
• Define scalable, secure architecture for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and apps.
• Collaborate with PMs and business analysts to translate requirements into designs and stories.
• Review designs for quality and compliance; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Lead governance boards and escalation for complex projects; drive accountability.
• Partner with partners and SI teams to coordinate delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Assess CMDB health and data governance; recommend optimizations and upgrades.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and business cases quantifying platform value.
• Mentor junior architects and delivery teams on best practices.
