Job summary
Servos is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead ServiceNow implementations from design through deployment. You’ll own development pieces, run workshops, and stay current with new releases as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
This role is remote within the United States with up to 20% travel. You’ll bring 4+ years of ServiceNow experience across CS, FSM, HRSD, or AppEngine, and your frontend skills (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS) will help deliver polished solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration experience.
- Experience in CS Service Management, FSM, HR Service Delivery, Service Portal, or AppEngine Studio.
- Frontend skills include HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS.
Responsibilities
- Engage as a lead technical resource on ServiceNow projects.
- Lead design, requirement, or technical workshops.
- Lead development, testing and deployment activities for enterprise clients.
- Develop understanding of client business and implemented solutions.
- Be an expert in ServiceNow best practices and products.
- Stay up to date with latest ServiceNow versions.
