Job summary

Talanto in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to drive ServiceNow projects from strategy to execution. You will lead development efforts, design and requirements workshops, and deploy solutions for major enterprise clients as part of a high-performing virtual team.

The role requires 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Remote work is supported with a headquarters in Virginia and a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration and integration experience.
• Experience in Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, AppEngine Studio, and frontend development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS).
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality client output.
• Client-centric with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a lead technical resource on projects to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients.
• Participate in and/or lead design, requirement or technical workshops.
• Lead development, testing and deployment activities on enterprise client projects.
• Develop a deep understanding of implemented solutions and client business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and latest versions and features.
